Lizzie Finlay

After illustrating for many years, Lizzie's authorial debut, 'Dandylion', won the Dundee Picture Book Award and was shortlisted for the NASEN Children's Book Award. This gave her an appetite for storytelling as well as illustrating other texts. Lizzie's illustrations appeal to several age-groups from pre-school, picture books through to young fiction, as in the Compton Valance Series for Usborne Publishing.

Her latest picture book 'The Ferocious Chocolate Wolf' published by Five Quills, was released in January 2020.
